Below is a list of common courtesies we request of all of our guests to ensure everyone can experience tranquility and calm. Our courtesies ensure satisfactory and fair services for all of our treasured guests. We kindly request that all guests honor them.

Check-in information

To enjoy your experience to the fullest, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Enjoy a refreshment in our relaxation lounge.

 

No Children Policy

Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We maintain a strict cancellation policy and credit cards are required to secure all appointments. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour advance notice cancellation policy for single treatments. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service or package price. No-shows will be charged full price.

 

Late Arrival Policy

As a courtesy to our other guests, appointments will be automatically cancelled 10 minutes after scheduled start time and charged according to cancellation policy. Late arrivals within the 10 minute grace period will end at the regularly scheduled time.

 

Personal Possessions

Good Vibrations is not liable for the loss of or damage to personal articles, please do not bring valuables to the spa. Please remember to silence your cell phone when in our relaxation lounge and during your treatment.

 

Gift Cards

Gift cards are a wonderful way to give. Gift cards are available at the reception desk, through our website or by calling 208.888.8201. Gift cards are valid for products/services only. Must be presented for redemption. Specials and discounts are NOT applicable to gift cards. Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

 

Payment Options

All major credit cards, debit cards, gift cards as well as cash are accepted for payment. We do NOT accept personal checks.
